If you are starting your beauty routine to prep for your wedding, you are in the right place.
Most important tips:
Make sure you are always staying hydrated (drink half your body weight in water daily)
Get enough sleep (7-8 hours a night)
Move your body (3-4 times a week)
Stick to anti-inflammatory foods (minimize consumption of alcohol and ultra-processed foods including sugar)
Make time for you: many get stressed out during wedding planning so it's important to make sure you are taking care of you
My Favorite Products I use:
Clean skincare and wellness products (click here for my favorite brand)
Facial Tool (click here for my Blumene tool - use code TEE for a discount as well as my favorite gua sha tool)
Favorite Probiotics (enter my email stephanie.tee4@gmail.com
Favorite Electrolytes
Some of my favorite health routines are sauna, cold plunges, red light therapy, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and pilates. I would also ask your makeup artist who is doing your wedding makeup if they offer skin prep like a facial package to get your skin glowing on its own before the big day. Nikki Roth of Nikki Roth Bridal has a luxury bridal package that does exactly that, and I can say it 100% is worth it after seeing one of my brides have the most glowing skin on her wedding day.
The most important thing is making sure you are taking care of you during this time, and while this might seem like a lot to do; take what works for you and build.
Happy Prepping!
